1) Motion Graphic Artist/Animator

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for Motion Graphics Artist/Animator who brings scripts, still graphics and character to life with creative and smart animation techniques. The overall goal is to enhance quality of school mental health services. Join our young and dynamic team to promote school mental health programs and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create high quality video contents using animation and after effects

  • Read Scripts/contents of the workbook and lesson plans to conceptualize graphic motion and animation concepts

  • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the other team members into the final design

  • Create attention-grabbing promotional video contents

  • Collaborate and communicate ideas/concepts with the team

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

  • Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics/animation work

  • Should have the knowledge of graphic designing/manipulation using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Should be able to edit videos using Adobe Premier or similar software.

  • Good understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and format requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2) School Counselors

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The School Counselors will gain practical work experience in the area of psychosocial counseling and school mental health services. This position supports the promotion of school mental health program and services of Sambhavya Foundation through outreach, assessment and delivery. The qualified candidate will be offered a formal job opportunity after a month and half of intensive training.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology/School Counseling completed. MA Psychology/Master in Counseling Psychology completed will be given priority.

  • The candidate must have passion towards people, be able to listen empathetically and be patient while dealing with adverse situation

  • The candidate must be willing to travel and temporarily relocate outside Kathmandu valley in places such as Baglung and Sindhupalchowk

  • The candidate must have proper communication skills and be open to accepting responsibilities while working in a team

  • Creative and innovative enough to discuss and bring new ideas to the counselors’ team

  • The candidate must be enthusiastic towards working with children and adolescents

  • You want to be part of something great that positively impacts society

Location: Baglung and Kathmandu Valley

3) Marketing and Communication Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for passionate and flexible individuals to develop and implement our marketing strategies. The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of marketing and communications, be keen to deepen knowledge and develop further within the role. Join our young and dynamic team to promote school mental health programs and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

· Contribute to developing effective marketing plans and strategies that align with organization’s goals and vision

· Implement marketing strategies and campaign

· Assist with identifying and communicating prospect groups/clients

· Maximize clients/target groups within the time frame

· Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

· Regular visit to prospects clients, day to day updates to the marketing and communication department

· Creating and presenting regular performance report to the management

· Other tasks related to the roles 

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

· Ideally Bachelor’s degree (competed or running) in marketing, communication, business or related field, although not essential

· 0-1 year experience, fresher with can-do attitude can apply

· Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

· A passion for marketing and promotion

· High-level communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with the target groups/clients

· Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality

· Proficient in relevant computer application

· Candidate should have a valid driving license and a two -wheeler
