JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Receptionist position at Sambhavya offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals seeking to grow on a career path in administrative roles. As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the organization.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

  • At least +2 completed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional Attitgude and Experience
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Proficiency in basic computer application (Microsoft office, email and internet)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Handling telephone calls and email
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

KEY DETAILS:

Office Days: 6 days (Sunday-Friday), 8 hours (9-5)

Salary: NPR 17,500 including Health and Accidental insurance
