POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sambhavya Foundation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research and Documentation Assistant. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about social causes and looking to grow a career in documentation, research, and project management within a mental health industry.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience in relevant field, preferrable within a non-profit organization or educational setting.
  • Stgrong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of computer applications, research tools and softwares, English and Nepali typing, email and internet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • A passion for research and writing

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records, schedule meetings, and perform various administrative duties.
  • Assist in research and design of relevant programs
  • Maintain detailed documentation, reports and proposals, etc.
  • Conduct field visits, collect and analyze data, and present findings on program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, organize orientation sessions, and represent the organization in meetings.
  • Assist in compiling and drafting comprehensive final reports based on feedback and inputs from team members.
  • Conduct thorough research related to Sambhavya’s services and projects.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.

KEY DETAILS:

Office Days: 6 days (Sunday-Friday), 8 hours

Salary: NPR 20,000-30,000* including other benefits
