School Counseling Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The School Counseling Intern will gain practical work experience in the area of psychosocial counseling and school mental health services. This trainee position supports the promotion of school mental health program and services of Sambhavya Foundation through outreach, assessment and delivery.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology/School Counseling completed, MA Psychology/Master in Counseling Psychology 3rd-4th semester running or recently completed.
The candidate must have a passion towards people, able to listen empathetically and be patient while dealing with adverse situations
The candidate must be willing to travel inside Kathmandu Valley and outside valley (when required).
The candidate must have proper communication skills and be open to accept responsibilities while working in a team.
