Responsibilities 

• Plan, implement, and deliver the School Mental health Program in assigned educational institutions.

• Provide individual and group counseling services, applying professional knowledge and competencies.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to ensure the counseling program aligns with school goals and student needs.

• Coordinate with the senior management team and multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality delivery of wellness and behavioral health initiatives.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to the company on program progress, outcomes, and observations.

Requirements / Professional Attributes

• Master’s Degree completed in Psychology or Counseling, with 1+years experience in an educational setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong professional attitude, adherence to organizational ethics and code of conduct, and ethical practice.

• Ability to work effectively in teams and school environments.

• Innovative and proactive in problem-solving and program implementation.

• Capable of working under pressure and in a structured, systematic work environment.
